ReachAI ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered B2B outreach content platform. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.

• Email address (required to create an account)
• Password (stored encrypted — we cannot see it)
• Content you enter into generation forms (prospect names, company info, value propositions)
• Payment information (handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card number)

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data (number of generations, plan type, timestamps)
• Basic browser and device info for error tracking

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the Service: Your form inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate outreach content. Anthropic processes this data under their own privacy policy.
• To manage your account: We store your email and plan status in Supabase (our database provider).
• To process payments: Stripe handles all billing. We store only your Stripe customer ID.
• To improve the product: Aggregate, anonymized usage data helps us understand which features are most useful.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with these service providers, to operate the platform:

• Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
• Generation history is stored in your account and accessible to you.
• When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days.

• Export your data
• Opt out of any marketing communications
