1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ReachAI ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ReachAI is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

2. What ReachAI Is

ReachAI is an AI-powered outreach content generation platform that helps B2B teams write cold emails, call scripts, LinkedIn messages, and outreach sequences. The Service uses third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude) to generate content based on your inputs.

3. Your Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • One person or entity per account unless you are on a Team plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReachAI to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or applicable anti-spam laws
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or organization
  • Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or generated outputs without written permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform

You are solely responsible for how you use the content generated by ReachAI, including compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Payments and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
  • All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or under our 14-day money-back guarantee.
  • 14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first paid charge, contact us for a full refund.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Your current billing rate is locked until your next renewal after any price change.
  • Free tier usage is provided at our discretion and may be adjusted at any time.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by ReachAI is produced by AI models and is provided for informational and productivity purposes. We do not guarantee that generated content is:

  • Accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation
  • Free from errors or bias
  • Legally compliant in your jurisdiction

You own the content you generate using our Service. We do not claim rights to your outputs.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time except under the 14-day guarantee.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
